At Twojeys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique pieces, which is why we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all packaging intact to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original Twojeys box and secure it within a protective shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items to ensure they meet our quality standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
